Dr. Merissa Braza Ocampo Ph.D., Fukushima Gakuin University, Fukushima City, Japan
Currently, as a full-time lecturer at Fukushima Gakuin University, Japan. Dr. Merissa Ocampo’s interdisciplinary work combines linguistics and mental health, looking particularly at the impact of Anxiety, Burnout, and Stress (ABS) on learners and teachers of English as a Foreign Language. Recently, she is focusing on the effectiveness of positive psychology and mindful self-compassion to cope up with ABS among teachers. Ocampo wrote her Ph.D. dissertation on mother and child nutrition and health status. Having direct personal experience guiding family members through the Japanese education system to the tertiary level, her current research explores the Family Environment Mode Approach (FEMA) in language teaching. A naturalized Japanese, Ocampo is also able to draw upon her knowledge of both Japanese and Filipino language and culture to support an intercultural perspective in her work. She is currently developing FEMA more extensively and coordinating a Positive Psychology Intervention-related modular Storybook project for teaching learners from young to adult, nutrition, and health concepts in English. Moreover, teaching language with Positive Psychology Intervention is another topic she is doing. She believes that the power of gratitude, kindness, and self-compassion could enhance students' and teachers' well-being.

DR. Jennifer Paule Reyes, RN
Associate Professor II, Full Time Faculty – College of Nursing, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) Manila, Philippines
Dr. Jennifer P. Reyes completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Jude College, her Master of Arts in Nursing major in Nursing Administration at the Philippine College of Health and Sciences, Inc., and her Doctor of Education major in Educational Administration at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She worked as a staff nurse to Head Nurse in the clinical area before joining the academe in June 2004. She rose from the rank and file, from Instructor III to Assistant Prof. III to an Associate Professor II handled different nursing subjects in the classroom and clinical areas. She assumed various administrative positions as follows, designated as Nursing Laboratory Coordinator to College Secretary to Associate Dean. In 2014-2016 she was appointed as the Dean of the College Nursing for the undergraduate and graduate programs. She is also a lifetime member of Healthcare and Biological Sciences Research Association (HBSRA). She was invited as one of the HEIs resource person representatives and worked as Department of Health Partners on the following DOH Academy activity programs: 1. DOH 1st Partner’s Forum at Manila Pavillion Hotel, UN Ave.Manila on June 30, 2016; 2. DOH 2nd Partner’s Forum at Lewis Hotel, Clark Pampanga on October 26-28, 2016; 3. DOH Academy Orientation and Consultative Meeting at Selah Garden Hotel, Pasay City on February 28, 2017. She was selected as one of the Young Leaders by the National Academy of Science and Technology, Philippines Department of Science and Technology to attend and participate in the Future Health Leader Workshop last November 2015. She is one of the core team members of the HELP Program in Partnership with Rock of Ages Ministry and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Nursing from January 2018 up to present time. She does volunteer works, giving health education, life and spirit seminars, and gift-giving activities to persons deprived of liberty (prisoners). Moreover, she Served/Invited Panelist During Oral Defense for Undergraduate and Graduate Programs (Theses and Dissertation Proposal and Final Defense) under PLM CN and PLM CED and likewise as International Paper Reviewer Member: GRDS Publishing, www.grdspublishing.org. Currently, she is a member of the Curriculum Committee and Research Committee of her College.

Dr. Priscilla Das

Dr. Priscilla Das has obtained her PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her PhD research was in the field of Community Medicine. She is also a graduate from Universiti Putra Malaysia for my MSc (Master of Science-Community Health) and BSc (Bachelor of Science-Major Biology). She has more than 34 academic publications and still publishing many other articles from her research work. Recently her research works have been selected in many news platforms especially in Yahoo news, Asia Research News-Research Sea news, ACN news, Medical Express, NewsMaker, and many other platforms as well. She is passionate about doing research and teaching subjects taught in a university. She has researched the hematological cancer patients in Ampang Hospital and intracranial tumors and other brain pathology /cancers in Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia. Dr. Priscilla Das has done animal parasitology studies as well. She has participated in many scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops. Currently, she is working as a lecturer. The list of teaching subjects includes Community medicine, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, research methodology, research project, and Biology for MBBS, BBMED, and Foundation courses. She is hard-working, ambitious, enthusiastic, dedicated, passionate in what she commits herself to do and achieve.

Dr. MDP RAJU is the founder, Chief Proctologist Surgeon and CEO of Hitam an Ayurvedic Anorectal Institute, Hyderabad, India which is working extensively in the field of proctology in five centers of southern India. The aim of the organisation is to prevent unnecessary surgeries for hemorrhoids, anal fissures, anal fistula and Pilonidal sinus. The organisation avoided more than 10000 surgeries in the last two decades of medical practice and educated thousands of people and hundreds of doctors regarding myths and facts of defecating manners. Hitam provided quality services for the needy people with very minimal expenditure so can proudly say they saw smiles on the faces of more than 10000 patients. He was awarded for Recipient of Young Sushrutha Award and his achievements were Faculty for Proctoveda, Faculty for Proctohita, Faculty for Worldcon 2019, and Faculty for Proctocon 2020 Faculty for Shalyasara 2018

BEST PAPER AWARD
In each, Eurasia International Conference, Best Paper Award is given to Best Researches. In the Scientific and Technical Research Association (STRA), the Best paper award is given to the participants with the best scholarly paper submitted and presented at the conference.

Title: Unmanned Aircraft System for Media Production: An Extension of Defense Technology
Abstract: The defense industry has played a major impact in enhancing global economy. S-curve 11th is the target industry which promotes Eastern Economic Corridor (ECC) in Thailand. The state-of-the-art in defense technology is increasing all the time including Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) which can be used for the media production in defense technology. UAS pilots for media production in defense technology are different from other UAS pilots. They require hard and soft skills such as management, decision, planning and knowledge for controller and cinematography. The UAS knowledge and controller can be learned from a remoted pilot license course but the soft skills can be partly developed from experiences. The purpose of this study is to lay guideline for using the UAS media production in defense technology with the expectation of providing specific views and multiple domains in research area. It is a combination of engineering, art and management. The content in this article is based on experiences from UAS operation.
