Assoc. Prof. Marek Matejun

Associate Professor, Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial Policy, Faculty of Management, University of Lodz, Poland

Topic: Improving Research Relations with Respondents in the Methodology of Management Sciences

Marek Matejun is an Associate Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial Policy at the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz, Poland. He received his Ph.D. from Lodz University of Technology (2006) and D.Sc. (Habilitation) from the University of Lodz, Poland (2016), both scientific degrees in management sciences. His research interests focus on entrepreneurship and small business management, modern concepts and methods of management, strategic management as well as a research methodology in management sciences. Currently, he is the supervisor of the research project “Opportunity based approach to innovation management in small and medium-sized enterprises”, financed by the National Science Center, Poland, and conducted in scientific cooperation with the College of Entrepreneurship and Law (Czech Republic). He is the author or co-author of over 170 scientific publications. He has participated in many research projects and also in research visits at universities in Finland (2019), China (2017), the United Kingdom (2016), Belgium (2013), and the Czech Republic (2013). He is Editor-in-Chief of PEOPLE: International Journal of Social Sciences (India) as well as associate editor in the World Journal of Management (Australia) and University Scientific Note Journal (Ukraine). He closely cooperates with Eurasia Research and holds the position of the Honorary President of Social Science and Humanities Research Association (SSHRA). He is also a member of the Academy of Management (USA) and the Polish Economic Society (Poland). He gave many keynote speeches at international conferences in Paris (2017), London (2018, 2019, 2020), Prague (2019), and Venice (2019). For his research activity, he has earned many Polish and international scientific awards.

Assistant Professor, Higher School of Technology Meknes (ESTM), Moulay Ismail University of Meknes, Morocco

Topic: Intercultural Communication and Discourse Analysis in Face-to-Face Interviews: The Case of American and British Politicians

Prof. Dr. Meryem Laadem is an Assistant Professor in the Higher School of Technology Meknes (ESTM) at the Moulay Ismail University of Meknes- Morocco. She had published many articles in English and presented in national and international conferences all over Morocco and abroad. Her research and teaching interests cover several aspects across pedagogy, teaching methods, sociolinguistics, media and mobile learning, cultural studies, language, and communication. She has received several important recognitions to her research career, including The Young Researcher Scholarship from Universidad De Barcelona for her published article, and she was Honored the “Quarterly Franklin Membership” offered by London Journals Press UK.

Assoc. Prof. Katalin LIPTÁK

Associate Professor, Head of Department, University of Miskolc, Faculty of Economics, Department of Labour Market and Employment Policy, Miskolc, Hungary

Topic: The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Labour Market

Katalin graduated in Economist at the University of Miskolc, Faculty of Economics in 2008 and she graduated in Law at the University of Miskolc, Faculty of Law in 2015. Her research topic is the labor market, especially in the Central-Eastern-European region. She defended her Ph.D. dissertation in 2013, the title was: “Impact of the globalization on regional labor markets – convergence or divergence”. Katalin is an associate professor of the University of Miskolc, Faculty of Economics, and Head of the Department of Labour Market and Employment Policy. The essence of her professional interest is how changed the labor market and the expectations of employees. She is a member of the Hungarian Regional Science Association till 2008. She is an editorial board member of the Eastern European Business and Economics Journal.


Subrahmanian Muthuraman

Assistant Professor, Faculty of Business Studies, Arab Open University, Oman Branch, Muscat

Topic: Adaptive Intelligence Pathway through mBraining

A professional academician and active researcher with having a Ph.D. in Business Administration having two decades of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy. He is actively conducting various researches in the field of Marketing, Entrepreneurship Development, and Organizational Behavior. He supervised 4 Ph.D. scholars in Business Management. Authored textbooks on “Compensation & Reward Management” and “Training & Development – Theory & Practice” and Edited 5 Books on various facets of business management. Published 61 research articles in refereed and indexed journals, 3 theses from LAP Publication, Germany, and 9 Learning Modules were prepared for various universities in India. He organized various conferences, workshops, summits to promote research. He has made several research visits to India, Oman, UK, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Thailand, Georgia, Indonesia, Lebanon, and Kuwait. Regularly participate in various professional development programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and ability. Dr. Radzuwan Ab Rashid Associate Professor, Faculty of Languages and Communication, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Terengganu, Malaysia

Topic: Negotiating Islamic Authoritative Discourse on Social Media: A Discursive Psychological Analysis

Radzuwan Ab Rashid is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Languages and Communication, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia. He obtained his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and he is currently pursuing his postdoctoral research at the University of Leeds exploring Applied Linguistics in an educational context. He has been a keynote speaker at International Conference on Teaching and Learning, Language, Literature and Linguistics (Malaysia), a plenary speaker at International Conference on Creative Teaching, Assessment and Research in the English Language (Malaysia) and a featured speaker at Indonesia-Malaysia English Language Teaching Conference (Indonesia). His research interests include teacher education and professional development, and contemporary discourse in online settings. He has had journal articles published in Discourse Studies, Discourse & Society, and Policy Futures in Education. He is the main author of two books: Supportive Conversations on Facebook Timelines, published by Routledge (2018), and New Media Narratives and Cultural Influence in Malaysia published by Springer (2019). Recently, Clarivate Analytics (Web of Science) nominated him for the Malaysia Research Star Award in the category Research and Innovation, Excellence Researcher in Arts and Applied Arts. He has a deep passion for Education and Applied Linguistics: language is gorgeous art and education is the foundation of a fruitful life.

Ana Sofia Saldanha is a Portuguese Professional Translator and Lecturer in Translation at the University of Lisboa (UAL) and a Mentor. She is an Associate Board Member of the IMA (International Mentoring Association) and Part of the Board of Directors of APTRAD (Portuguese Translators` Association). She is interested in Mentoring, Mentoring as a Pedagogical Tool for Higher Education, mentoring for Translators, and Mentoring to Close the Gap between Universities and Future Professionals.


Karin Ariadne de Villa

Assistant Professor, Spanish, Department of Communication, Cultures, English & World Languages, Texas Lutheran University, Seguin, United States

Topic: Engaging Students via Telecommunication

Ariadne de Villa received her B.A. from St. Mary’s University. She earned an M.A. in Spanish with a concentration in Second Language Education from Middlebury College. She has an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Spanish language, culture, and gender from the University of Malaga, Spain, graduating with the highest honors. Dr. De Villa has taught Spanish in the area of applied linguistics, Spanish for Healthcare and Business Professionals, Culture and Civilization of Spain, and Spanish Literature. Additionally, she also helped redesign the language curriculum at Texas Lutheran University, the Center for Language and Intercultural Communication at Rice University, North American University, and the International Language Center at la Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. Dr. De Villa has presented at local, national, and international conferences has published articles in international journals, in both, the Spanish and English language, and is the author of her recently published book, Introdución al Estudio de la Lengua española. She loves teaching and motivates her students to learn about the richness of the Spanish language and the diverse sociological aspects of these cultures.
