TERA Fellow Program in Education


Fellow Program in Education of ‘Teaching and Education Research Association’ (TERA).


The program offers an opportunity to learn the key concepts and latest trends in the teaching industry from the stalwarts in the industry. The applicant would be honoured with a certificate of ‘Fellowship’ by the Program Director of TERA.

Ana Saldanha

Lecturer, Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, Lisbon, Spain

Ana Saldanha is a professional translator at University Lecturer in Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, Lisbon, Spain. She has 12 years of experience in professional translation. She is a Mentor and PhD. Student at the University of Vigo, Spain. Ana is an Associated Board Member of the International Mentoring Association (IMA). She is a Supervisory Board Member of APTRAD (Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters) and Registered Mentor in the Spanish Mentoring Association (AMCES - Asociación Española de Mentoring). Her interests are in Mentoring, Translation Didactics, Professional Development and CPD for Translators.


Dr. Haleema Sadia

Director Edufaminternational, Deputy Director DWB, NCT Delhi, India

Chairperson SAET, Founder Principal DPS Ajman, UAE

Haleema Sadia is an educationist. She is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Education, in the Delhi Waqf Board where she is in charge of developing strategic plans of schools for underprivileged children, organizing teacher training programs, and building staff capacity programs. She is also the founding principal of the Delhi Public School in Ajman, UAE. She holds a Ph. D in Philosophy, from Hamdard University, New Delhi, and acquired an educational degree from Delhi University. Sadia is also the Chairperson of SAET, a trust committed to the education and welfare activities for underprivileged children); and is the Founder of Jahan-e-Mann, a YouTube Channel. The channel believes in motivating people to help them realize their potentials and let them be the best version of themselves. It provides guidance, support, motivation, help, skills, and techniques. online/ offline/ face to face sessions, conducting workshops, seminars, conferences, research projects, competitions, and activities for the young minds and people of determination. SAET runs short-term courses online/ offline to train volunteers who have a great passion for community reach-out programs. Sadia is the recipient of many awards in the field of education including “The most influential teacher Award” from NCT Delhi and “Outstanding Principal’s Award”. She is also a member of many educational, social, and welfare organizations including “Age care India, IICC, TERA, WGC, Nexus of Good, AIEM, etc.



Patama Satawedin

Assistant Professor, Bangkok University, Thailand

Patama Satawedin is currently an assistant professor and Director of, Master of Communication Arts in Digital Marketing Communications, School of Communication Arts, Bangkok University, and Bangkok, Thailand. She received her doctoral and master’s degrees in media and communication from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Likewise, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in public relations (first-class honours) from the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. She has teaching experience for over 10 years. Her research interests are health literacy, health communication, crisis communication and crisis management, marketing public relations, and communication studies.


Dr Rebecca Natrajan

Senior Lecturer Roehampton University and Ulster University Partnership Programme London QAHE, London, UK

Rebecca Natrajan is a passionate lecturer and believes in continuous learning. Currently works as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Entrepreneurship, Module leader, Research supervisor, Personal tutor and SFHEA mentor at QAHE London for the University of Roehampton and University of Ulster Partnership programmes. She coordinates projects such as Student magazine at QAHE, Global business club for students, Research team organisers for Staff. Modules delivered by Rebecca include International Entrepreneurship, Business planning, Entrepreneurial development, Entrepreneurial opportunity, Career Entrepreneurship, Organisational Behaviour, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Graduate Enterprise and Managing innovation. Personal Branding is one of her recent interest as her Personal branding workshops delivered by her at the British Academy of Management 2019 conference at Aston University was highly appreciated by the PDW participants.

She uses different teaching methods such as case studies, EDP games, videos and other techniques to engage the learners and to enhance their learning experience. Rebecca Natrajan presented a paper at conferences and delivers Master Classes, Personal development workshops for students and staff. She is appointed as a Chair for Special Panels, Symposium and Seminar for GBATA 2020 conference to be held in Istanbul Turkey.

Dr Airil Haimi Mohd Adnan

Senior Lecturer, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Malaysia; Visiting Scholar, Indonesian Open University & Cosmopoint University-College

Airil Haimi Mohd Adnan, Ph.D. MA MEd MAEd BSc BEd AdvDipEd DipAppSocSci PGCertEdSt CertCouns is a multiple award-winning Malaysian Senior Lecturer and multidisciplinary Social Scientist with 20 years experience in tertiary education. A supporter of Industry 4.0 and Education 4.0 initiatives in ASEAN, Airil has held Visiting Scholar, Research Fellow, and Consultant positions in Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore, and New Zealand. Airil has produced much academic output as proceeding papers, journal articles, book chapters, and books; written 700+ academic articles for ASEAN newspapers and magazines, and appeared 200+ times on radio and television. Airil’s tertiary training spans 12 years in Education Studies, Language Studies, and Social Sciences - 8 years in England, 4 years in New Zealand.

Henrique Teixeira Gil Senior Lecturer, Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, IPCB - Portugal

Henrique Teixeira Gil is a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Exeter (UK) in the field of «IT in Education» and at the present is a Senior Lecturer at the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (IPCB - Portugal). He is the Coordinator of the Master of Pre-School and Basic Education and is the scientific responsible of the subjects about the use of digital resources in the process of teaching and learning. At the IPCB is the institutional coordinator of the cabinet: «Digital and Inclusion 4.0». he has a Postdoctoral degree (University of Lisbon) in Social Policy in the field of ‘Digital citizenship and info inclusion. He is a member of several international journals and scientific committees and has publications and chapters of books about the use of digital resources for educational and social contexts.


Dr Froilan D Mobo Associate Professor II, Assistant Director, Department of Research and Development, Philippine Merchant Marine Academy, Philippines

Dr. Froilan D Mobo is a Graduate of Doctor in Public Administration from the Urdaneta City University Class of 2016. He is currently finishing his 2nd Doctorate Degree leading to PhD in Development Education at the Central Luzon State University, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. After obtaining his Doctorate Degree he was promoted and designated to the position of Assistant Director and Associate Professor II of the Department of Research and Development in Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) and this gave him an opportunity to work with different international research institutions such as Regional Director and PhD Lecturer in Cel Academic, Malaysia., Lecturer in the Graduate School, Columban College, Olongapo City, and Pan Pacific University Executive Program.

He was also appointed as the Editor-in-Chief in the International Journal of Multidisciplinary: Applied Business and Education Research, Indonesia.

As a researcher by heart, he is an External Peer Reviewer in various international research journals and has been invited as keynote / Resource Speaker in various international conferences abroad and international universities around the globe.

In 2019, he was awarded as an Outstanding Alumnus in the Graduate School of Urdaneta City University, Pangasinan, and as Multi-Awarded International Researcher at present. Recently, He was appointed as the Ambassador at Large, Country Ambassador and Director for the International Human Rights Movement Philippines, and Country Head for IDYM Foundation Philippines.

At present, He is elected as the National President of Samahan ng mga Manunulat na Pilipino and was able to published 55 research articles with 13 citations indexed in Google Scholar, Scopus, ISI, and Crossref. He also published 6 international books in Europe, Indonesia, and India.


Eurasia Research International Conference begins with opening remarks by the honorable Keynote speaker highlighting the main context on Teaching and Education.
